Best 4 Rooms is an exciting new way of HMO living and renting self contained pods. We have at present four properties in Watford. We think this is the way forward in pod rental. Our concept is to offer a hotel way of living in that all rooms have en suite bathrooms, there is housekeeping once a week for all rooms and there are no keys to the property only coded access.
Our properties are located in Copsewood Road, Balmoral Road, Northfield Gardens and Souldern Street.
You will see that the rooms we provide are of a very high standard with all hotel facilities in each pod with a communal kitchen with washing and drying facilities, fridge and freezer for all tenants to use free of charge in each property.
Properties
Stylish modern pods in the property feature intercoms and keyless entry system with CCTV in all communal areas. The pods comprise of luxury en-suite bathroom, and bespoke fitted double wardrobes. Included in each pod is a mini fridge with tea making facilities, Ironing board and iron within a mirrored cupboard. There is also a safe for tenants personal security.
Within the pod, a large comfortable bed with speakers incorporated within headboard connected to large smart TV inclusive of blue tooth technology. The pods are fitted out to the highest quality with superb insulation and comfortable underfloor heating throughout. All bedding and towels are provided by Best4Rooms and changed weekly by our housekeeping team.
